Our Commitment

Folkus Network is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or activity that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates child exploitation in any form.

Prohibited Content and Activities

We strictly prohibit:

• Any material that depicts, encourages, or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation.
   
• Sharing, creating, distributing, or storing any content involving child sexual exploitation.
   
• Any form of grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate contact with minors.
   
• The use of our platform for trafficking, coercion, or abuse of children.
   

Reporting and Enforcement

We take swift action when CSAE-related content or behavior is detected, including:

• Immediate removal of offending content.
   
• Permanent bans on users violating this policy.
   
• Reporting illegal content to law enforcement and relevant authorities.

Collaboration with Authorities

We work closely with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and regulatory bodies to combat CSAE. We comply with legal requirements, including reporting incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities.

Ongoing Monitoring and Prevention

We implement AI-based detection tools, moderation teams, and user education to prevent and eliminate CSAE content. Our policies are continuously updated to address emerging threats and best practices.
